The baristas definitely need booster trainings. Or just basic training altogether. Caramel macchiato came with zero (0!!) sugar. On the other hand, they added store-loads of hazelnut + vanilla syrups to my other latte. Completely destroyed my coffees. This is not the first time that this has happened.

Conveniently located on Main Street in Tewksbury, this stand-alone Starbucks is designed to handle a long drive-thru line with ease. Staff are consistently friendly, fast, and efficient. Pro tip: order ahead on the app for even quicker service. Recommended!

Ordered for pickup, order was out quickly. Coming from NY this is definitely one of the nicer Starbucks I've been in. For a Starbucks that has a drive thru I wasn't expecting the inside to be as big as it was.

I go in for a coffee and they hand me a cup of ice touching the lid with the coffee barely going halfway up the cup, you can’t even stir. 2 days in a row now a bit ridiculous for the prices we are paying.
