Starbucks Coffee Company

I have no clue how they make my order so fast, especially in the drive-through. I can be the only one in line at drive-through and by the time I get to the window my order is ready. Whoever is training. The employees here is doing a bang up job. five stars Every single time. To top it off everyone is always friendly

The staff here are very sweet, personable, and helpful. They are so tolerant and polite especially when dealing with some rude and nasty customers. This company needs to be a little more supportive to them.

I asked for a latee and got a mocha. It tasted like hot chocalate. When I read the order from the last time on my app. He said he didnt understand my order.

Was not happy at all and lucky i had my kids with me. The manager was ignorant taking my order and when making my food she was throwing my stuff around and when handed me my food she was ignorant and had attitude. She also never asked for my name for order and called me a a random name.

The girl at the front was not friendly at all. I ordered 2 cake pops for my daughter and had to wait 5 minutes, even though there was no one else waiting. The weird thing was she looked at the bag on the counter twice, then me. That bag ended up having both cake pops in it and another employee ended up giving it to me. So I basically stood there for no reason. Won’t be going back.
