Starbucks Coffee Company

Oren is an absolute ANGEL! I am an out of towner who visited the area recently. I realized that I may have left my wallet in the public restroom in the building next door only after arriving at my hotel an hour from Boston. After trying and failing to locate the number to that specific office building, I figured I would try to call Starbucks to see if they could provide me the number. Unfortunately Oren did not know the number but after describing my situation to her, she offered to walk over and see if a wallet had been turned in. THANKFULLY it was located and Oren was able to confirm that my wallet would be with security in the neighboring building when I arrived. I CANNOT express how grateful I am to OREN who went above and beyond her duties to help me!!!

This is a regular spot for me. Without fail, the staff smiles when someone walks through the doors. My favorite thing is how the manager remembers my order before I even get to place it. It feels homey and considering it’s a chain, the store itself has its own vibe.

5 stars all around! this place is super quick, friendly and efficient. I visited Boston from New York and stepped into this location for an iced matcha latte and had a great conversation with the store manager who is also from New York. The vibes were high and I enjoyed my stop here.

The store manager was super friendly Wednesday morning. I watched her conduct a meeting with the team and they were engage in conversation at the same time she was make sure business operations were running smoothly. A customer asked to use the restroom and she informed him that there was a public restroom two doors down and he got upset with her. She doesn't deserve the disrespect for enforcing policy. I will be coming back to this Starbucks every time I visit Boston.

I am disappointed with the way the staff makes the coffee every day is different. Today I had to throw away my cup of coffee because it was so bad.
