Starbucks Coffee Company

I have been coming to this Starbucks location for years. There are other coffee establishments to choose from in the area but they don’t compare. The manager Kayla and her staff are always welcoming and know your name along with my drink and food preferences. Even during the morning rush they keep their composure and get the orders out fast! I have owned my own business and understand the challenges faced with keeping good employees, maintaining standards and delivering on your promise. I would have to say they get an A+ for their well trained staff, store cleanliness and quality of the menu items.

The lady short mexican is so rude and dont put the right amount of chicken and veggies she scream to me because I ask for extra onions and lettuce bad. All bad experiences

Great coffee, great service. Bought a gift card on Christmas Eve for our grandson. Barista was cool, calm, and efficient… and very nice. Beautiful smile. Store windows and interior decor were a bit stark. Only one sign in window, hand written. See pic.

Woman working counter Wednesday morning seemed irritated with me from the moment i said hi all the way through my order til i thanked her for my drink. I just suck as a human. Seems like most of my reviews are of people acting annoyed by my presence when im paying them for goods or services. It is what it is.

This is the 3rd time I come to this Starbucks your employee by the name Carter has been a complete jerk the first time thought he was having a bad day second time he was very rude and today I ordered 2 drinks he made a mistake and told him that I had ordered a large not small and I gave it back and slams it in the trash with an attitude and then changed me which I understand but his attitude is horrible. This giuy by the name CARTER is bitter!! Will avoid this location!!!!
