Shrinkflation strikes again. My grande has a tall amount of product in it. Paying extra for toppings that are so cheap they dissolve within 5 minutes is insane.

The coffee has to be made out of some of the worse burned moldy old poorly stored stuff, a real disaster. In order to be able to drink it, they cleverly bury it in a ton of various foreign sounding ingredients... the result is an hyper caloric $25 sweet minestrone mess. Surprisingly sandwiches and such can be really good.

On 11/13 around noon, I visited Starbucks and ordered a coffee and a cookie from Holly. When I paid using the Starbucks app, I noticed it was Reusable Holiday Red Cup Day. I asked Holly if they had the cups in stock, and she said, “We do, but you need to purchase a holiday beverage.” I responded, “Great! Can I order one with you?” She replied, “No, you’ll need to come back around and place a new order I have cars behind you.” There was only one car behind me and one placing an order at the speaker. While I understand the importance of keeping the line moving, asking me to drive around again instead of simply adding a holiday drink to my order felt like poor customer service.

Stopped in as we traveled through. The stop was quick, coffee came out fast and was very good. The staff members were nice.
