Starbucks Coffee Company

I came here about a week ago for the first time since I was in the area, I got a Strawberry lemonade refresher and a brownie. The service was amazing and curry quick and efficient. The staff were also very friendly too. I’ll definitely be back again in the future.

Ruby took my order and was very professional. Waited about five minutes due to a rush which was actually quick due to how many people were there. Dirk made my order which was two caramel ribbon crunches, extra everything and it looked beautiful. Definitely wasn’t stingy which I also liked.

This Starbucks is disgusting ! The employees took all the bearista cups before the store even opened ! Every last cup even took multiple hello kitty plush to the back leaving ONE. I was at the store at 430 exactly first person in line how is every cup sold out ! ? I can See taking one but taking every cup for yourself ? Where is the fairness in that ? Passing food to people in parked cars BEFORE 430 ? And couldn’t even say hey it’s no cups left knowing that’s what people are waiting for. This place is disgusting management needs to get a hold of their staff i know this isn’t proper protocol.

Waited in line at 4 am for this holiday bear cup as the staff prepared for their shift. Upon opening the store — after staring the line of people dead in the face — the employee states that the have none because the staff bought them all. Shame on you. I’ll be calling corporate.

Working a grueling 12hr shift at the hospital on a rainy day, it was bliss to know a Starbucks was near for a boost and to my surprise, I found a gem in this one! Story-time: I went in with big bright eyes looking for the drink with the most espresso to wake me up from my 3pm crash and I saw on the menu “ Cinnamon Carmel Cream Cold Brew”, sounds delightful right?!?! Well, I was terribly wrong! I ordered that drink with a shot of espresso in it to add some flair and my initial sip landed a mouth full of bitter tartiness that was SO hard to swallow. Luckily, my awesome Barista, Jenn, noticed my dismay and inquired about my thoughts on the drink. At first, I fibbed and told her it was great and I just needed maybe a cup of ice to water the taste down. She gave me ice but knew that wouldn’t
