Starbucks Coffee Company

Ok. I HATE going to this location. It’s too busy with too many people that are clearly not from the town. I always wait up to 20 minutes for a coffee that’s usually not even hot. But I’m giving 5 stars because the staff here is excellent. The workers here are always friendly and courteous, even when they are extremely busy making ridiculously complex drinks for an obnoxious clientele. The staff here is great and especially (I believe his name is Jeff). Always friendly and courteous!

This location has extremely rude employees. I was treated rudely and talked back at by one employee in particular. I was picking up an order and waited patiently for a long time to even be acknowledged by an employee. They ignore the customers completely until they get flagged down. I could see my order on the counter and asked one employee if it was my order, she lied and told me it wasn’t. I looked myself and it was my order that I needed to be picked up. I get snapped at by another employee for looking myself, then when I politely asked her to bag up the order because it was my order and I needed to take it she talked back, treated me very poorly, and flat out, admitted that she gives preferential treatment to Certain customers. The staff was friendly and helpful. Food came relatively quickly and was exactly what I expected. Comfy atmosphere. Brought my kids here to catch up on our reading while having something sweet to nibble/drink. We will be back

Friendly and quick to take our order. Plenty of parking.

Pro tip, don’t place your order on the app while your in the drive thru lane or else they’ll tell you that you’ll have to park and wait for your order after approaching the window.
