When I got to the register, the team was smiling, upbeat, and genuinely happy to see me — it truly made my day. Everyone was so joyful and positive, it honestly gave me that exceptional “Disney-like” customer service feeling. You don’t come across that very often, and I was so grateful for the experience. I love this Starbucks. It must be a requirement to work there to have a golden heart. Each employee there displays patience and an incredible level of customer service and professionalism. They remeber details about your order, and they put their golden hearts into everything they do. Perfection!

My daughter is attending UCF and we look forward to our mid-morning Starbies run. The staff is fun and friendly and my order is always perfect. It has become our spot for catching up and then doing some shopping. Love this location!
