They need to work harder or hire more ppl. Nobody in rush despite 100ft line. To be fair you can get good quality drink and comfortable place to enjoy it, if yiu have enough patient to wait

Oct 3, 2025 I ordered the ice matcha. My name is Nutthakan so I go for “Nut” as my nickname and all staffs are making fun of my name over and over. It’s ok to talk in the funny ways but not gossip about customer. And I was tipping for them! Yes I give a tip at Starbucks. I really wish I can take my money back!

I hope they made you manager company man....by the way everybody La Boulangerie Boul'Mich has way better service, coffee and food.

I came in with a pour-over order, and the cashier—who I later found out was the store manager, Damian—absolutely nailed it. I know pour-overs can be a hassle, but Damian handled it with complete professionalism and a positive attitude. Not only did he craft an amazing cup of coffee, but he did it all with a level of courtesy and poise that really stood out. It was clear right away why he's the manager of such a busy store. Truly impressive customer service—keep up the fantastic work!

I was buying my coffee at 9:30 AM and noticed the dedication this gentleman, whom I included in the photo, puts into his work. He is kind, but above all, he prepares each coffee with great dedication, even when there are many customers waiting. This is the type of person that we need on costumer service.
