Starbucks Coffee Company

Stopped in here for coffee and breakfast this morning. It was not busy. The staff was eager to take our order, very friendly and fast. Coffee tasted great and was the perfect temperature. Pastries good as always. Nice experience!

I’m always ordering here. Yeah not going to this location usually I always tip but this time I didn’t. I really couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Ladies and gentlemen here is a venti ice coffee more like ICE than coffee. $8.50 total 🙂‍↕️

These new compostable hot drink lids are absolutely terrible. No spout; you go to take a sip of coffee and instead get a mouthful of paper. Which quickly dissolves. The only way to get a satisfying drink is if you take the lid off, which is no good if you're on the move. The whole experience is so unpleasant that I seriously may stop going to Starbucks. I cannot enjoy my coffee this way. You want compostable? Then make the regular lid compostable. I've seen that at other coffee shops.

Man I keep trying to give this location a chance. Updating my review from two years ago because I don't go inside. I truly do not understand how this location gets even the easiest requests wrong. We ordered three drinks and one food item, all were wrong. -ordered a tall nonfat vanilla latte and received a grande vanilla latte; - ordered a double tall nonfat latte, received a tall flat white - ordered a grande peppermint mocha, extra pump of chocolate and no whip, received grande peppermint latte with whip, no extra chocolate because it tastes just like peppermint. - ordered an everything bagel and received a plain. Like wait a sec, what? How are 4/4 wrong?

Karina, Natalie, and Chris are all AMAZING people. Made my experience 10x better than any other Starbucks or coffee shop I’ve visited. Very kind & warm environment that’s made entirely by the people who work there. Matter of fact, all the employees on their team seem to be phenomenally friendly people. Will exclusively be going here whenever I’m in the area.
