I had an amazing experience at Starbucks thanks to Sam, Leighla, Brooklyn, Gina and Alia. They were all so friendly, welcoming, and professional. My order was made perfectly, and they made sure I was happy before I left. Their positive attitudes and teamwork really stood out and made my visit even better. The store was clean, the service was fast, and the energy was great. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and will definitely be back!

I placed an incorrect online order, but the MOE employee was so kind that they simply placed the identical order without even providing me with instructions on what to do next.

The store manager Farah was amazing, along with the rest of her team. She learned my name and used it throughout my visit there. Was very personable and kind and my drink was great! Thank you, will be back again soon.

First time visiting this location and unfortunately had a really bad experience. The barista named Brooklyn had a poor attitude when I mentioned that my drink was supposed to be made without whipped cream. She rolled her eyes and threw the other drink aggressively in the trash, which felt very unprofessional. On top of that, my new drink was only filled halfway, apparently because I didn’t want whipped cream. For a $6 coffee, I expect to get a full drink and respectful service. Very dissatisfied with this experience and I don’t plan on returning.

Like any Starbucks, everything was fine, but the employees were not very friendly and seemed to serve customers with a bad attitude when ordering.
