Service is always great! Location is very convenient if you’re catching the train to work in the morning. The staff has always been pleasant and attentive. Meagan is always a pleasure to deal with, she is very respectful and dedicated to her customers. If she is there you can expect your experience at this location to be more than exceptional! America does not run on Dunkin🤭 💫☕️

When the coffee is made correctly, it tastes very good. However, there have been times when the printer wasn’t working, and the syrup amount seemed off. I asked for one pump, but it tasted much sweeter, like several pumps were added. If the number on the sticker isn’t visible, it would be great if the order could be double-checked on the computer before making the drink. It’s a bit inconvenient for customers to have to come back to request a remake. Overall, the drink is good when made as ordered, and I hope this small issue can be improved.

The location is very convenient. Get a coffee or breakfast before or after catching the train or bus. Parking available if you can find a available spot. Inside it’s clean and organized. Handicap bathroom is out of service/ or staff only. Staff is hit or miss, had one of the staff tell me they “ are not authorized to use my cup “ and other be very helpful.

Starbucks (all locations) have an issue with whisking the matcha properly. The attached photo clearly shows clumps of powdered matcha at the top of the drink, and there would have been more had I not drank it first.

I ordered my coffee and it took more than half an hour to do it, the staff moves very slowly and you can tell that they don’t feel like working, almost half an hour for a coffee?? This has not happened to me in Manhattan. I had to leave it because I missed my train, seriously it seems that they do it on purpose, they see that you are in a hurry and they take longer than usual, that happened to me today Friday, December 19 at 3pm.
