Starbucks Coffee Company

Honestly one of the slowest locations I’ve ever been in. It’s close to my job so I stop sometimes and there’s always an issue with the speed of service when ordering online and in person at the counter. I don’t really understand what the issue is as it’s not usually that busy when I come either but why does it take 20 minutes to receive ONE cup of coffee…..Dunkin takes less than 5 so I guess I’ll start going there now!!

If you wanna walk in and be completely ignored and not greeted at all… then this is the place for you… I understand busy but acknowledging someone who walks in should be an automatic… especially bc other people who seemed to be regulars were nicely greeted.. it was just uncomfortable.. especially when you have a crew of 5-6 behind the counter…. It’s just weird and also there was a girl who was warming up sandwiches right next to where I stood and just avoided eye contact to not have to talk to me or greet… just strange.. love my chai and trying to get my fill before the change but prob not gonna come back.

I went to this Starbucks, ordered 2 drinks, the cap was not on one drink and it was leaking. Went back got a dirty look! Very rude, they screwed up and acted like it was our fault!

Worst Service ever I walked in five people were standing behind the counter just talking to each other. No one could help me for about five minutes. No one said good morning at least

It's August 28th about 523pm I asked if they had a specific flavor and the lady working got an attitude with me. Like I didn't know how to order a coffee. I didn't see the flavor I was looking for on the menu. So I asked. And she started tripping cuz I didn't say latte or something.she had no patience and I didn't even get my sweet cream and caramel on top. Just a ice coffee shoved in my face and no have a nice day or thanks for stopping. Ill never be coming back to this location just because of her
