TYPICALLY VERY FAST! West Florida's Starbucks has had to pick up the slack as of late due to the Palm location's closure. As a result, this location has become even more streamlined and effective. As a frequent guest during morning runs, I love to stop by for a quick espresso or tea. My visit tends to fall between 5-10 mins. Staff take orders quickly and keep the drive-thru line moving rain or shine. The team is pretty friendly over the speaker and in-person at the window. I've had good experiences with the crew. For instance, I ordered an item over the app that was sold out and the app still charged me. The team took initiative, noticed the error, and instantly gave me a gift card to reimburse me. OMG!!! Love this Starbucks the employees are so happy, friendly and fun to interact with, place is always clean. Food is fresh drinks are made perfectly.

This is my favorite Starbucks! I only have 2 in town I like and this is one. Everyone is super nice, they are super fast and I enjoy coming here daily. I also get extra cute notes as a regular :)

Horrible customer service.. Horrible.. I stood there to order and 5 of them talking about customer in line (horribly) and not one of them said HI or how can we help or someone will be with you. I walked out and writing this to save others from being treated wrong. I'll go to my Starbucks because I know I'll be treated right.

WoW! What a very, very clean! & Well-organized coffee house! Customer service was outstanding! Coffee was fresh and very delicious! Muffins were so fresh and moist & full of fruits & flavor! Excellent place to meet & hang out! Highly Recommend!
