The cashier with the curly hair is very sweet and gave me the best hospitality I’ve ever gotten at any Starbucks location. She brought us our drinks and bakery item over to our table! We kindly appreciated it! Definitely felt comfortable, & will be returning back soon! I would like to add that I favor Starbucks locations with drive throughs. The tremendous service at this location is what keeps me coming back. Thank you!

The place is in a great location, and perhaps they are short staffed. The counters are dirty and messy. I placed my usual order and 15 minutes after the girl that took my order asked if I had not gotten it yet. Somehow, my ticket did not print or was misplaced. It took an additional 5 minutes to get my drinks, and one of them was incorrect and had to be redone. The service was not horrible, but there is much room for improvement.

I ordered a cappucino and waited 15 min before touching it and it burned my mouth! It's also terribly made with foam that looks more like soap bubbles than a propper cappucino. Store is generally dirty with trash and food debris on the tables and floors. I wanted to throw this capuccino in the workers face for burning my mouth. Not a good experience.

Very good. Coffee was made relatively quickly and well. The baristas there are always so sweet and patient. They always are willing to say hi to a friendly face. I personally adore the pumpkin chai latte in fall!

The purpose of having an app to order ahead is to have it ready when you get there Walk-in one customer at a table One staff member mopping a floor One Staff member not making drinks for the customer I seriously doubt this is what shareholders risk their money for This is what the new CEO is trying to stop God bless him and his effort! If you need something before you go to dinner or it is important, this is not your place If you have an afternoon to waste, go for it! NEVER AGAIN!!!
