Starbucks Coffee Company

Waited 25 min for our coffee to find out that they lost our order. So instead of making us our coffee, they said sorry but there are six people in front of you still. I requested a refund. Ridiculous the worst Starbucks service we’ve ever received. 25 min of a complete waste of time. Management needs to do better at this location.

Love the girs that take the orders outside. Always so nice and talkative. I had questions about a pumkin spice drink, she was totally honest and said she dont like pumkin spice. Better to be honest than to lie to me just to sell me on it. Coffee on the other hand is hit and miss. Sometimes its made correctly according to the book and sometimes you go there and it dont tast that good. My hot white mocha tasted like black coffee! Gross! I go to starbucks ENOUGH to know what my coffee tastes like.The pumkin cream cheese muffin is bomb. Its one of my Fall Favorites. The Fraps are to liquidity, might as well get an iced coffee. Just my opinion.

UPDATE: In the last couple visits things have changed for the better. Some people are more friendly and they have started putting messages on your cup. I still wish they would adopt the I pad ordering system. Do much easier. (This location has always had a lot of problems since I have lived here. There is a high turn over you never see the same employees twice. Some are very friendly ,others it's like why are you doing customer service if you don't like people. The drive thru is very slow. They are always out of something product wise. They recently started what another coffee chain started, using tablets for orders. I thought great it will speed things up. Nope saw it two times never again. If you know how to use the tablet it's quite efficient and gets orders in quick and orders done

I get starbucks just about everyday, and i usually only ever get the same iced coffee. I add 2 different syrups and vanilla sweet cream. The problem is I only ever get my drink made correctly maybe once a week. the other days it tastes like they throw coffee and a dash of creamer and send it out. I rarely ask for it to be fixed, but the time I do I get treated with attitude (minus a few workers). I stopped going through the drive thru for this reason, most of the ladies there have such bad attitudes at the window, so i feel unwelcome. I don’t understand why I can’t get the coffee I pay $8 for made the correct way when it’s their job.

My daughter enjoys camameal tea and I enjoy a hot chocolate very popular place the person serving at the windows very nice .
