I started coming to this Starbucks a few days ago for the first time. Today is where I drew the line with the blatant disrespect from a barista who obviously came to work upset… I’m a pike roast drinker I know the difference between the roast I also know when coffee is warm & old. Incident 1 - 2/20/26 I was greeted by a barista not sure if she Indian or mixed, my husband & I ordered pike place like always she gave us Verona roast & swore it was pike no big deal I asked for another cup, the second cup was pike place. Indecent 2 - 2/21/26 I was greeted by another barista black girl with braids. My husband ordered this time I didn’t say two words to the barista she aggressively took the order from my husband when specifically asked for whole milk on the side. This angry barista decided to h

This Starbucks location inside Target could really use a major customer service tune-up. The staff often appear unprofessional and immature, with more attention given to side conversations than to the customers standing in front of them. As closing time approaches, customers are frequently told they are “out of” basic items, which comes across as a tactic to discourage anyone from placing an order rather than an actual supply issue. That experience alone makes it not worth approaching the counter. I also question the staffing and management here. I’ve seen this location unable to open at all due to lack of staff, which raises concerns about hiring and scheduling. It’s unclear whether these are Target employees or Starbucks employees, but either way, accountability seems to be missing. A

TERRIBLE!!! Stay away from This Starbucks, specially from Michelle and her “barista” coworker. I visited 05/11/23 and first, there was a line of 3-5 people… and even tho I was the 2nd in line, we all waited about 20-25 min to be taken care of. Insane when Michelle and her “Barista” where basically chatting, hanging out with Target employees (which also skipped the line in front of everyone), on their phones and preparing every order in the slowest way possible… Michelle is so shameless that she spent like 5 min “selecting options on a screen” just to warm up a sandwich. Like come on, this is not The Union, you make a salary out of Customers Money and still don’t wanna do your job… like, if you dislike your life or your job, just quit, both of them if you want, it is that easy!!! The line was very slow. I should have left, but I stayed to order iced pecan oatmilk latte. It seemed like all 3 workers were teenagers that just woke up. The girl making my drink had no idea what she was doing, plus she had dirt under her fingernails, and wasn't wearing gloves. When she bent down, her thongs were showing a lot. They told me they had no oatmilk, too. I left the store and threw out my latte. It tasted gross and looked gross, and I lost my appetite just from being there.

starbucks for me is a treat so when i ordered a hot chocolate i waited i saw other people that came after me were receiving their orders and i asked the jamaican girl where is my order and she had an attitude then i got my hot chocolate and it tasted like warm milk no chocolate ..i did not bother to go back or will i ever be buying any drink from there ever again .
