Starbucks Coffee Company

I go to Starbucks every once in a while, and I always get the same thing: the protein Matcha. The place was completely dead when I placed an order. When the person gave me the drink, it was completely white. I walked away, but I went. I said, "No, I pay for this." I have to go back and get the proper one, as I told the girl that this does not have matcha in it since it was white. She said she’s going to remake it; however, instead of giving me a brand-new cup, she just washed the same cup I gave her back and made the new drink in it. I’m not really sure that’s the proper way to do so, but it just felt very unprofessional. I'm attaching the photos for your reference.

Came to the mall twice this week and both times the store was crazy busy. Both times I was served super fast, everyone was friendly and my drink and food items were perfect! Side note: the manager was very helpful in helping me find an item I’ve been looking for. Thanks a bunch!

extremely rude staff, they made my drink incorrect as well as the size even though i paid for the venti they gave me a grande, so i politely told the girl if she could make it a venti and she rolled her eyes and told he coworker something and laughed without saying anything to me… she then proceeded to just add milk and clumps of matcha powder, she didn’t blend it nor add any of the additions i paid for, but i didn’t know that so when i took a sip just straight powder was in my mouth and it tasted horrible. would never go here again
