Starbucks Coffee Company

I come here regularly, but the last three or four times the service went from a 5 to a 1. Very sad was my favorite Starbucks to stop in at. Waited 20 min still no one even talked to me.

I got my coffee and literally 20% of it was missing. This is not the way to cut costs. I feel ripped off. Venti white chocolate mocha that looks like a grande a venti is suppose to be 20oz according to the Starbucks website I got 16oz including the cup. I hate complaining but it’s seems every time I get coffee there is less and less in the cup. The Excuse is that they leave room for whip cream. I’m sorry but if I’m paying 6-7$ for a coffee I expect to get my moneys worth. Get a dome top for the whip cream. 😡 my recommendations is don’t get whipp or they will leave out 20% of the coffee. Reply to the Starbucks owner comment: I’d rather not complain to corporate but thank you.

I was here today, and the service was excellent. Ryan made us two delicious coffees, the place was clean, and the staff was very friendly. Thank you! I'll be back soon!

Cute little cafe with great people working there! Everyone greets me by name and makes my drinks perfect!

Love this location, friendly staff, personal greeting, drinks always as ordered, nice outside area to sit.
