Customer Reviews
Worst customer service. Asking about cup, didn’t get answer, instead they questioned me my own cup if I bought it from here or not. Thank you for treating me like a thief. Even worst, either supervisor/another staff try to make it worst by defending her colleague and very very offensive. Poor customer service. Will never come back here. BYE!
I have been going to this Starbucks almost daily for about a month. My usual routine is to purchase a cup of coffee, leave the store briefly, and then return for a refill. This has been my standard routine at Starbucks locations throughout California for nearly a decade. Today, however, I was charged a second time for a refill, which was unexpected and disappointing. I understand that policies can vary, but the lack of consistency—especially after being a regular customer—was frustrating. Since the vast majority of Starbucks locations do not have an issue with briefly leaving the store before returning for a refill, I will be taking my business to another location. If the day comes when all Starbucks stores begin charging twice simply because a customer steps out briefly, that will be th
This Starbucks is the best in all SD! The baristas and staff are extremely welcoming and nice. They are all on top of their orders and their drinks always come out effortlessly perfect. My matcha is always a bright vibrant green color just as it should be ! Love coming here , I come very often almost 3-4 times a week.
Not so good. I brought my family here after eating some Thai across the street. It was around 8PM and some of the clientele freaked out my kids (and me). The bathrooms were dirty and there was trash and a beer bottle on the tables outside. On the plus side, there was a lot of outdoor seating and I can see it being a nice location during the day. This Starbucks was not up to par with the locations I typically visit in Portland.
A lot of Starbucks, now that the corporate office has no control of their stores [they handed the control to each store employees to do as they please] become a woke environment, such as this one in San Diego. I do not support stores that only do the minimum work for a paycheck [quite quiting]. They removed all chairs and tables. No where to seat. And the woke employee was audacious enough to blame the "homeless people" for it. Every food business in the same strip mall has chairs and tables. See attached video.
