SELECTIVELY KIND. I came through, I’m a busy mom of 3 so I have to transfer money to be able to pay for things and I’m driving so it’s a process. I have a complex drink, meaning it’s a special drink from the secret menu and it’s hard to remember all the ingredients so I ALWAYS order from the app, however they legitimately asked me to pay with card and not order in the app which CROSSES CUSTOMERS BOUNDARIES. They acted kind toward me but condescendingly asked me to order 4-7 minutes in advance. I felt like such a child when I’m nearly 30 years old. I will NOT go back to this place. I only like good vibes not JUDGEMENTAL vibes with kind wrapping. Jonestown is so much better. They’re compassionate when I’m struggling to order on time. I came through the drive thru. I ordered a pumpkin spice white mocha and received a peppermint white mocha. The girl asked for the drink back and threw it away.. which Starbucks always gives you the drinks they mess up anyway. And the blonde girl in the drive thru was rude.. wasn't paying attention at all.. gave me the wrong size straw twice... 🤦 After checking the second drink she remade.. it's still wrong.. and with an attitude. Terrible.

Great service, didn't have to wait on our drinks. Great atmosphere with friendly staff. Great place to sit & work on your phone or laptop. They have some really nice cups that are on the shelves, they are kind of expensive but if you have the Starbucks apps ( if not, go download it now ) you can order your drinks or snacks from the app then you get stars for every purchase you make using the app & I usually try to save my stars till I get 400, that's when I generally purchase my cups because when you have 400 stars, you can get a cup & Starbucks will cover up to $20 on their cups then I pay the difference which isn't that much. You can also use your stars to get a free drink or food item but depending on how many stars you have, you can always use them towards your drinks starting at 25 st

The staff was amazing! After a long time I found a Starbucks that gets the order right! Even at the end of the day, when closing they were so patient with my questions. I cannot thank them enough.

Workers here are noticeably not happy that you come in to order coffee, I’ve been in there on multiple occasions studying seeing the workers talk bad about people that are about to enter the store. You’re never greeted either it’s straight to “what do you want” or “what can I get you” are the interactions I’ve had from them.
