Starbucks Coffee Company

I drink Starbucks every day, and today was the worst. The cold foam was very thin and bland, not smooth and creamy at all. When I asked the staff to fix it, she got annoyed and talked a lot about how it wasn't their fault. I was really disappointed with this attitude, and worse, the quality of the drink after the fix was still terrible. This store has never been this bad, even after improvements.

Nice place to enjoy fresh hot coffee with good service and a smile. There is not a lot if seating but they have a large shared table where there always seem to have a spot to sit. They have electrical outlets and plenty if outside seats and tables. There is a walmart and hotel in same parling lot with other places to eat as well. This is my favorate Starbucks in Wilkes-Barre, Pa

Long story short, this starbucks absolutely sucks.Don't waste your time.Employee's love to stand around. 8 to 9 employee's on the shift too busy messing around to get orders out in a timely manner. Drive thru packed out to the street and when you ask the employee where in line you are for your mobile order, they get nasty with you. Orders are never correct. And you also wait minimum thirty minutes to possibly get your order

I ordered my drink in store at 2:00 and by 2:30 I still didnt have my drink... a group of hockey players had come in and they had made some online orders and they completely shoved my order aside... and then my cousin, who had ordered after me and had a more complicated drink than I did, got her drink before I did. when I asked the register they said that my drink should be up in a few orders... mind you this was almost 30 minutes after I ordered. eventually I just went up and asked for a refund and left. i have never been more disappointed with a Starbucks in my life. (I would have put my drink in the picture but I never got mine 😢)

I have visited this starbucks location multiple times over the years. I like the vibe of the indoors when not busy. Usually I go through drive through. The staff was nice. Mi amigo and I both got venti iced teas. His a black mine, mine green. We both enjoyed them. I also got a lime frosted bar which was incredible.
