The experience I had this morning left me with such an impression I felt I needed to leave a review. Started off by giving my order in the drive thru where I knew what my total was. Get to the window ready for them to scan the points only barcode and the girl tells me the price to which I immediately tell her isn't right because it's about $6 less than what my order actually cost. She then goes on to read off the order which is correct so I think okay maybe I was wrong so I let her scan the points only barcode. She immediately then says oh no thats not right I have the wrong order total (like I had told her) so she figures out whatever on her side and asks to scan my barcode again. She does and I ask to use my points on the cake pop and hand her $15 in cash. She takes the money and then ha

Two staff members short, yet the hustle was there. Lots of running a round, but if one pays attention you will notice the lack of attention to details. My hot pink 24-oz coffee thermos sat on the counter over 20 minutes while barista struggled to ask questions, questions she clearly had. I had to ask what was going on, as everyone’s drink was getting done while my own sat. It appears now it may have been purposeful. Intentional. Passive aggressive neglect. My calmness can only last so far. Afterwards, after all the lack of care the hood will surface. My age is not a reason to take advantage of my kindness. Disrespect will get you to remember customers should not be hostage to your neglect. I should have asked for my money back, and walked out leaving all behind. But my thermos was on her b

We waited 25 minutes for 2 coffees. Four staff on duty. When the lady called our name for coffee, both were lukewarm. Sometimes oatmilk is curdled. Maybe go to the Pleasant Valley location or in Target. Really, any Target would be better and the staff nicer.

Got literally served not even a half cup of coffee, full of foam, for almost $7, soooooo Disgusted. Via slooooow svc, had to ask for a sleeve, and stopper, NEVER Again will I patronize this location

I ordered a caramel frappe, it said it would be ready at approximately 4:57 pm. I went through drive thru at 4:57 and they had to look for it. I finally got to the window and waited another 6 minutes (I have a video) before my order was brought to me. It had chocolate crumble, which maybe shouldn’t be a big deal. But I ordered cinnamon crumble because I don’t like chocolate and I paid extra for this. So I said it isn’t right. She said we can remake it and reluctantly took my order. She then went to the other girl and they took a spoon and scooped the whipped cream and chocolate off, or tried. She brought it back, I said so that’s what you meant? Because now it has even more whipped cream and I ordered light. She said you want us to remake it all? So being angry, I left. I paid almost $7 fo
