Starbucks Coffee Company

I ask the cashier if I can get a Frappuccino with caffeine in it and he told me I didn't have to ask for it unless you want decaffeinated but after finishing the drink I knew this had no coffee in it. I can't believe how crass Starbucks is to lie in your face and tell you it has coffee in it when it doesn't. This is the second time in one week this happened to me at this Starbucks location. I am reporting them

Stopped by, just to go to Starbucks, the wife wanted a cup of coffee and only Starbucks will do. Will shop Target at another time. Starbucks knows how to hire - always meet very nice people there. These nice people also know their way around coffee. The wife remarked that it was a very good cup of coffee. Did not purchase any food, the service was excellent and the atmosphere pleasant. Get a chance, stop by.

I removed my previous post as it was not intended for this Starbucks location. This location is actually one of the best Starbucks in Winchester. Polite staff and the coffee drinks we get there are consistently made. We drive out of our way sometimes to visit this one!

Always clean and the FRIENDLIEST group of employees! Have found new recipes here and always leave with an extra dose of love and a smile!

I ordered a regular mild coffee and it was out so I went for middle of the road pikes I think it was called. Just a regular ol coffee. I took a sip and thought oh this is terrible. Very strong and bitter. But I'm not a strong coffee drinker. So I took the coffee and gave it to my husband and didn't say a word. He sipped and made an awful face and asked what it was. I said just coffee and supposed to be a middle of the road on strength. He said this is a thick coffee and he drinks strong coffee. Not sure what was wrong but that was a pricey cup of "thick" heavy bitter coffee.
