I love this place!! They treat me like a good friend, always making my day that much better. Truthfully that's why I keep going back. The Chai Lattes are amazing and so are the Chocolate Crossants are very yummy, but it's the service that brings me back time after time!!

I love Starbucks iced lattes, with extra shots of espresso and without sweeteners. I usually order a Venti, and drink it over a 2 hour trip. So, I enjoy a decent amount of ice, even though I've never had to ask for extra, even on hot days. Today, I ordered a Grande for a 30 minute drive. From the very start, my drink tasted watered down, and it looked like they're using tiny cubes, similar to crushed ice. Small cubes melt quicker! Maybe it's always been this way and I never noticed before. Or, maybe it sat too long at the drive thru line. But, I actually lost the desire to drink a 3rd of the cup because it was so watery, and for $8, that makes me cringe. The service was slow today, despite ordering ahead on the app. The server was very friendly. I'm grateful they were open today,

I do not like coming here in the morning because my drinks are never made right and it’s been on going of messing up my drinks almost every time I go there. I started coming much later when the guys work because it’s never a mess up. Some actually have nice attitude and will remake it and some will actually roll their eyes at you and talk about you right to the other employees right in front of you!! SMH If none of the guys are working I will not stop in anymore. I pay a lot and I’m always getting at least two drinks put in and sometimes three. Please don’t be rude to paying customers when you mess up.

I used to love this location, but it has gone downhill a little in the last couple of years. Management needs to retrain the staff on how to steam milk. I'm not even exaggerating when I say that every single time I get a hot drink from this location, the milk is oversteamed and burnt. Usually due to leftover milk from a previous steam being reheated and used for another drink. Anyone who has ever worked coffee knows the taste and it is awful! One sip and it goes right into the trash. Speaking from a barista of many years. If I can shed some positivity though, the staff is very polite and the iced drinks aren't bad. Just had to leave a review as someone who loves and prefers hot drinks. Don't oversteam! Be careful ❤️

I have a coupon for a handcrafted drink, when I got to the drive thru window to pay the guy said the coupon was not in my account I showed him my phone and the coupon and he tried again, said no is not there sorry, instead of doing the right thing and entering the discount manually. Terrible customer service. This happened today 6/5/25
