Worst service I have ever received. It was not a very busy Friday at 11am and yet I waited 15 minutes for a mobile order. No one asked if I was waiting for a drink and once I finally went up to ask if they were making a drink under my name they rolled their eyes and said they ran out of venti cups. The lady with the red hair was so rude to other customers that had gotten their drinks while i was waiting even though I ordered before all of them. THAT was just my experience today. Last week when I went and put in a mobile order, I went up to where the finished drinks were about 5 minutes after sending my order and my drink was no where to be seen. I then asked if they already made a drink under this name they said yes someone grabbed it, and they asked if my friend wouldn’t grabbed my drink

I’m a regular customer, usually in the later end of the day i come in but i stopped in the morning and witnessed an employee named Grace loudly belittling at another worker in front of customers. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I expect better conduct from Starbucks staff.

If I could give this place a -1000 I without a doubt would. By far the worst drinks i've had from a starbucks in dare I say years. The staff are extremely slow, and the quality of my drinks were that of a child messing around in the kitchen. I asked for my drink remade twice and STILL it was utterly disgusting. I paid almost $8 for a grande drink so I would appreciate if it was made correctly. When I asked for the second remake the barista was nothing but smug & dismissive. I will NEVER come back to this establishment & it's such a shame that jerry's has polluted their store with such sad baristas. Disturbing.

Legit. Best service. They helped me pick a drink from the holiday menu, and then brewed it at a temp just for me!!! They were all smiles and seemed happy to be working! I will definitely be back!

I’ve never felt more disrespected or frustrated at a Starbucks than I did during my visit to this location, all thanks to the barista named Lue. From the moment I ordered, Lue was rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in providing even basic customer service. My drink was completely wrong—not just a small mistake, but entirely off. When I politely asked for it to be remade, I was flat-out refused. I then asked for a cup of ice, and again, Lue refused with an attitude that was shockingly unprofessional. There was no kindness, no attempt to fix the issue, no sense of care. Just attitude and poor service. Starbucks publicly promises to “uplift the everyday, providing a superior coffee and customer experience every time.” Lue did not uphold that promise in any way.
