Starbucks

Visiting the base to see my brother, everyone at this location was so kind and friendly. They greeted everyone coming in and you could tell was a regular! Absolutely loved the atmosphere here.

Worst starbucks I have visited. My drink was made incorrectly asked for a remake and the girl argued with me, I left but I just couldn’t drink it. Luckily there was a barista I didn’t see behind the line when I came back and she made my drink perfectly. However the original barista was still arguing with me. The drinks are expensive please learn the recipes.

There is a guy who works a lot of the morning shifts ( i wish i knew his name to give a shout out) who always takes the time to address customers by name and remember their orders and wish them a good day. He seems like he enjoys interacting with the customers. He makes the drinks really well too, i think the best of anyone else who has made my drink. He is definitely a great employee and if he isn't already a manager he should be given a promotion opportunity for sure!

First time going to this location on McGraw Village. They are the nicest people. Very friendly and customer oriented.

Convenient location in our neighborhood. Unfortunately, so many mom's bring their children in and let them run wild. It's a coffee shop, not a daycare/playground. Kinda wish the employees were able to kick them outside. Hours listed online are incorrect. Nice to stop by when I get a chance, but the hours are frustrating when most folks work during their business hours. This store also doesn't participate in Starbucks Rewards, which isn't stated anywhere. The employees are usually chatting amongst one another or eating at the register. The manager is usually seen on her phone. They often don't have the ingredients for non-coffee drinks. All-in-all, I have to drive to the Starbucks in the PX to get professional service.
