Starbucks

My coworker ordered 5 drinks and 2 food items for pick-up. She thought she ordered it for this location but she actually ordered it for the location by Stars and Strikes. However when I got to this location to pick up the order, they informed me they didn't have the order but would honor it anyway. FLETCHER made our entire order with no complaints, just understanding, and super quick! They were the sweetest in helping us out when we made the mistake.

The young kid with the curly hair has terrible or maybe zero customer service skills! Basically asked me what I wanted like if I was bothering him while he was cleaning containers. Not a smile not a thank you nothing how does corporate allow this to go on for so long Find yourself real employees that deserve the job and treat your customers, right!

I've been a long time costumer and they've always been great. The employees are always kind and professional. 9 out of 10 times the drinks taste great. They're my go to Starbucks when I can pick from the 3 in Paulding and Hiram.

I want to take a moment to recognize Matheas at Starbucks for his outstanding customer service and genuine kindness. Every time I visit, he greets me with a warm smile and makes me feel valued as a customer. His attention to detail is impeccable—my order is always perfect, and he goes above and beyond to ensure everything is just right. What really stands out about Matheas is his ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Whether it’s a quick chat about the day or his thoughtful recommendations on new drinks to try, he has a way of making every visit special. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and truly cares about the customers he serves. Starbucks is lucky to have someone as hardworking and personable as Matheas on their team. He’s a shining example of excellent customer service

I give this location a 1 star for bad customer service, which is rare for a Starbucks but it happened. I ordered ribbon crunch and ask to type my number in since this in a Kroger’s and told ok but she never did the screen for me to do . The girl who rung me up seem very distracted and or confused not once did she greet me or ask name and say it’ll be coming up .. went to get my drink and girl who made it didn’t hand me my drink she slide my drink across the counter, which was disrespectful.. normally folks say here’s your drink while handing it to you but nope not this girl .. slide my drink and went back to talk to her other co works.. they need more training
