Starbucks drive thru

I asked a Starbucks employee to remake my venti drink (shaking espresso)because it was not filled properly, and the lid was not sealed correctly. Instead of handling the request professionally, she grabbed the cup and acted as if I was overreacting, despite the fact that these drinks aren’t cheap. What frustrated me most was that the “fix” was simply adding more ice, even though my label clearly stated light ice. To make matters worse, a group of employees were laughing together while watching their coworker remake my drink, assuming I wasn’t paying attention. Overall, I threw away my money and that stupid drink cause I don’t know what they did to it. (The one on the phone should get trained and should show some respect to customers)

Worst customer cervise ever, I asked Lucy one of the ladies that works there if I can use the restroom, and she said restrooms are for customers only not knowing that I had already ordered my food.

Fast, friendly, and made great lattes. I'd recommend.
