Let me just say, Starbucks is way too expensive for drinks to be made this poorly. First off, the staff at this location did not seem to work well under pressure -10/18/2025 at around 10:20. It was chaotic to watch, and the way my order was handled was honestly unacceptable. A dirty rag that had just been used to clean up a spill was held over my drink as she stretched to squeeze it out. My chai latte looked like dirty water, and the cold foam sat out so long it turned completely watery and gross. I work downtown Boston, and those Starbucks locations are always packed, yet I’ve never had my drink or food handled this way. I just wasted nearly $9 on a drink I can’t even bring myself to drink. I’m writing about a negative experience I had at this Starbucks on January 2. I didn’t get the barista’s name, but it would be very obvious to management who I’m referring to based on her behavior alone. For clarity only: she was the only tan woman working the drive-thru window that day. I’m mentioning this strictly as an identifier, not as a racial comment I am Black myself, and this has absolutely nothing to do with race. When I pulled up to the window and politely asked for salt, she responded in a loud, rude, and dismissive tone, saying something like, “We don’t have salt right now. On my way to work today before I had left the house I checked to make sure Starbucks was open. It was listed as 7am open. It was about 9:30am when I pulled in drive thru. The store looked open, lights on, i could see employees inside. I waited in drive thru for about 1 minute. Then I pulled forward to the window. I could clearly see employees standing around chatting. I assumed they were opened so I reversed back to the intercom. I stood at the window about 1 minute. No one wanted to answer me. I am originally from Boston, been in Fall River since October and I never had a problem this consistently with this Fall River location, I ordered from them multiple times both delivery and drive through and the coffee is just not the way it should be, inconsistent flavor taste, coffee not being hot when delivered even though I am not very far from the location, last drive order I picked up they took over 10 minutes to make 2 simple drinks, despite being multiple employees on shift at the time, and they still messed up our drinks, I am considering filling charge backs on my card I want all my money back, I am not going to Starbucks again

I’ve been here several times and they can never make my order right it’s like the more things that I want added to my ice matcha latte they make the serving less.. I asked for a scoop of match powder she puts in a sprinkle of it and then proceeds to blend more ice into it. Making the consistency watery and disgusting…I’m done
