Such busy store but they do not lack in customer service. I was greeted as I entered. I ordered via mobile app for drive thru but the drive thru line was soooo long so I walked in instead. I waited a little bit for my drink but you can see they’re moving and grooving to get customers order out. Such a great team work and collaboration the team has. Everyone is hands on. Thanks team my drink looks yummmy and always on point.

I had an uncomfortable experience at this Starbucks location today. The word “culo” was written on my cup instead of my name. This is inappropriate and unprofessional, especially since the term is offensive in certain languages. I visit Starbucks expecting a respectful and welcoming environment. I hope management addresses this with staff to ensure customers are treated with courtesy and cultural sensitivity. I’m sharing this feedback so the issue can be taken seriously and prevented in the future

I preordered and still waited 15 mins not a problem but my croissant was cold. My coffees weren’t even filled to the top. I’ve been ordering this for months and never has it looked that way. This was my first time at this location and no thank you I won’t be back. And it’s freezing in there. But it’s a beautiful location

This is the nicest Starbucks l have been to. I travel frequently and it was a pleasure to visit this location. So many employees l was extremely impressed! Hope to be able to come again next time l am in town. I'd also say there is ample free parking.

On Tuesday, August 19 at 11:50 am, I stopped by to order one of my favorite drinks, the Strawberry Matcha. The guy who took my order was very polite, but from then on, the service was terrible. I was ordering through the Drive-Thru and after placing my order, I pulled up to the window. They took almost 7–8 minutes to come out to charge me or even say something like, “we’re busy but we’ll be right with you.” My car was literally the only one there, and it didn’t look busy inside either. I understand they have things to do, but still, I didn’t say anything even though I was in a hurry. I ordered my drink with extra strawberry, and that’s fine—I pay for it because I know it’s not free. But the portion was ridiculous, you could barely see the strawberry.
