Starbucks Greenway Crossing

It’s really bothersome when you have to write a bad review. For whatever reason, the service at this location off LoCo parkway is always abysmal. I’m not sure if they intentionally hire angry, unfriendly kids or they turn into that after working at this location. Whatever the reason, this Starbucks is awful and it’s known throughout Ashburn. I won’t be going there again. The Harris Teeter Starbucks in Broadlands is worth the extra 5 min drive and you’ll actually love your barista’s. Alex and Milagro are amazing and a joy to talk to at the Broadlands Harris Teeter location.

This Starbucks is my daily essential, and it's always a pleasant experience! The staff is incredibly friendly and they are lightning-fast—my order is out quickly even when the line is long. My iced caramel macchiato is consistently perfect: balanced, never too sweet, and has that ideal espresso kick. The store itself is clean, cozy, and great for grabbing a seat to get work done. Highly recommend this location!

TO THE AM CREW AND SUPERVISOR MOLLY WORKING ON 10/6, YOUR LACK OF CONSIDERATION WAS TRULY UNACCEPTABLE. TODAY WAS THE DROP OF THE NEW STARBUCKS HOLIDAY CUPS, AND A FAMILY MEMBER WAITED OUTSIDE SINCE 12 AM. IN THE COLD, FOR YOUR STORE TO OPEN AT 5 AM. THE NIGHT CREW SAW THEM WAITING THE ENTIRE TIME. YOU’D THINK THE DECENT, PROFESSIONAL THING TO DO WOULD BE TO INFORM CUSTOMERS THAT THE ITEMS THEY’RE WAITING FOR WOULDN’T EVEN BE AVAILABLE TO THEM BECAUSE EMPLOYEES PLANNED TO BUY THEM FIRST. INSTEAD, YOU ALL LET CUSTOMERS WAIT FOR HOURS, ONLY TO WATCH AS THE EMPLOYEES THEMSELVES PURCHASED THE ITEMS, WITH MULTIPLE PEOPLE EVEN RECORDING IT HAPPEN. OTHER STARBUCKS LOCATIONS WE CALLED CONFIRMED THAT THIS IS AGAINST STORE POLICY — CUSTOMERS ARE SUPPOSED TO GET FIRST PRIORITY, NOT STAFF. THIS LEV

I had to take a moment to shout out Teri at Starbucks—she is truly a gem! Every time I walk in, her energy is contagious and her attention to detail is unmatched. Whether it’s remembering a complicated order or just greeting you with genuine warmth, she makes the experience feel personal and welcoming. You can tell she really cares about the customers, and that kind of consistency and kindness stands out. The rest of the staff is also fantastic—friendly, fast, and always professional. But Teri brings something extra that turns a routine coffee stop into a great part of my day. Asked for a venti got a grande, said I got a venti. Remade it. Got a venti strawb acai, light ice, no berries, 3 pumps vanilla. Venti had more than half the cup fill with ice. Got my drink, you could tell by the color it was not made correct. It was the lightest pink it couldve been. Mind you it was also my SECOND time buying thing $7 dollar drink today.
