Starbucks get better employees. I come here nearly everyday and get greeted nicely and spoken to nicely never had any issues until TONIGHT. I pull up to the window the girl stared at me without saying anything then rolled her eyes to take another drive thru order. She looked like she didn’t even know what she was doing..She comes back to the window and say my total and I hand her my card and she pulls her hand back in looking upset. She then hands me my drink and before I grab it I ask “ doesnt it include the strawberry inclusions?” She loudly yells “ HUH??” Sounding irritated.. I repeated and she says “ you wanted inclusions?” Well babe according to Starbucks the standard way to make a pink drink HAS THE INCLUSIONS. She then walks away and comes back with it.. not remade but with inclusio

Dear Management, I would like to express my concern regarding a serious hygiene issue I witnessed at your establishment. I saw a cleaning lady holding a toilet brush after cleaning the restrooms. Shortly afterward, she entered the area where food and drinks are prepared and washed her hands in the same sink used for preparing customer orders. This behavior is highly unsanitary and unacceptable in a place that serves food and beverages. I hope you will take immediate action to ensure proper hygiene standards are followed. A toilet brush that you’re holding in front of us where we drink coffee. ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️She brought it into an area designated for food.

20230914 Busy, so busy that there's not enough parking and drive thru traffic blocking the cars from easily getting in and out of parking spaces. I walked in and the baristas were busy. Waited a little before ine shows up in the back to take my order. Definitely not to expect to quickly run in and out of the Starbucks. Drink was good. I'm not sure if they added the 6 pumps of sugar cane that I requested

No matter how many people working the place.. their drive thru is always backed up and the lobby is full of people waiting. Where’s the manger?
