Starbucks

This is a very clean Starbucks with lots of seating. We visited when they promoted coffee with a cop. We we're able to meet a lot of decent public servants. They even had one of their service animals.

Speed of service both in store and the drive thru seem to be an issue with the few times I've visited this store. Staff is friendly but definitely not at a pace that encourages efficient and timely service.

Had the best service, my order was taken by Sterling and from the second I got there he was extremely polite and the best person who’s taken my order by far. My app wasn’t working and he helped me even gave me a tip on how to get it to work better. Treated me way better than the Starbucks on Stetson. Would rate 10 stars if I could.

I get Starbucks 4-8 a week from the Hemet Area and this store usually messes up my mom’s Matcha Latte. I mobile ordered my mom’s drink with no foam and again for the 3rd time at this location it has been coming in with a lot of foam. By the time I get home and scoop out the foam the drink is about half way with milk. Instead of a 20oz drink it’s a 12oz drink. At this point you guys me a drink. For the minor stuff that I don’t care about but since I’m here writing this review, minus we’ll mention it. It is evident that I am picking up the drinks by myself and obviously I need a cup holder with stoppers but I wasn’t offered any of it. So I reached over the counter to get the cup holder and requested for stoppers.

I went there earlier today ordered door espresso blond roast in a vente cup, oat milk salted caramel and 2 extra shots of expresso. The lil girls working gave me a vente cup and tell me why was it filled less than a quarter way. And then when I complained they took it back and returned to me a busted leaking cup with black coffee spilling on the bottom. It was not anywhere near what is pictured. I don’t always get drinks from Starbucks but my bf wanted this drink.. total disappointment
