Starbucks

Cozy, clean and attentive staff. Modern facilities with a warm and fuzzy environment/atmosphere. Drive thru is nice and they get the orders right. Can’t go wrong with the coffee.

I order light ice every time - most Starbucks are great, honor the order, and make it as-requested. This Starbucks, apparently, does NOT honor the light ice request. This has happened here SEVERAL times, and I’m sick of paying nearly $7 for half a cup of ice. Never returning to this location.

I used to just let it go, but today it happened again, and I’m honestly furious. Every time I order a Pink Drink at this location, it tastes terrible — nothing like a real Pink Drink. I don’t know what’s wrong, but they’re clearly not making it properly. I’ve never had this issue at any other Starbucks around here. This keeps happening, and today was the last straw. I truly don’t understand why this keeps happening — it’s absolutely unacceptable.

They are super slow. I ordered at the register and it took me 15 minutes to get my drink. It was a caramel macchiato. They slowest I’ve seen Starbucks run so far.

I had to use the restroom. I have a disability. An internal, physical disability. I do not have a large intestines. I had to urgently use the restroom. I'm only an undergraduate in college and I am low on funds. Haven't received my next paycheck yet and I was denied my disability. Extremely disappointed with their policies. I used to work at a Starbucks shop in Merrick. I have never ONCE denied anyone's disability because I know how that feels like. I understand that there are policies and employees must follow them. But this is just to show how extremely robotic and unethical people are nowadays. Told myself that I'm never going to buy anything from Starbucks ever again. And I still stand by that. Have not bought anything from Starbucks in almost 2 years. And it's going to stay like that.
