I just drove 20 min out of my way to get me and my daughters drink first drive thru was closed so we went inside and they said cash only and who has cash now days so then I tried to use my mobile app to order it and they said I couldn’t do that I told them how I just came all that way. I never write bad reviews but seriously?

First I want to say I do not like giving 1star reviews Ordered a mobile order when I arrived at the drive-thru window. It had been 4 minutes. The gentleman on the headset was extremely rude. First, when I said I had a mobile order he said huh. Then I said it again. I had a mobile order for my name. And he said, well you just put your order in you must wait 5 min. I told him it's been 4 minutes and there's four cars in front of me. He proceeded to tell me. Well, I guess we'll start working on it. So I looked on my app to see what time I placed the order and what time the order would be ready. The order I placed at that time now has been 5 minutes and the order pickup time would have been 9:53. I did not pick my order up till 9:57 so I don't know what his issue was. I don't like giving reviews but this is over numerous different days. I always mobile order, pick up inside. I always am waiting over 15 to 30 minutes after the times they says it'll be ready and they are not busy. You tried try to ask someone when it'll be ready and it is hard to get there attention. I don't understand why one order isn't made together because by the time you get the last item, the first four items are already settled or cold.

First it has a drive thru...Great service and very fast. I got the creme brulee latte and a white mocha... very yummy and as always made perfectly by this location. Always fast and friendly here thank you for an amazing experience ❤️

First off, the customer service is horrible both times I've been to this location . The kid was mumbling in the speaker and I didnt understand a word of what he said. He preceded to laugh when I asked him to repeat him self twice . I told him at the windows to back off the Microphone and talk clearly when speaking and maybe people could understand what he was saying! He didnt care cause it's all teenagers who were clowning around both times I came to this location. I will go to a different location in the future.
