Starbucks

This Starbucks is a great spot for a quick stop and refresh on the way to San Jose. The space is clean and bright, and the staff are fantastic.

I usually rely on Starbucks for a clean bathroom and a decent caffeine jolt on long trips. This location does NOT deliver. It features ONE, single, disgusting bathroom. There was a line when I arrived, that was snaking almost to the entrance by the time I left. The singular bathroom is in such heavy use, it is gross. For all the hubub about making a purchase to use the bathroom, please deliver on clean and available bathrooms, Starbucks. Opening a new location with a single toilet seems anithetical to providing a good customer experience. There is a Dunkin' adjacent, maybe try them.

I arrived at 2 minutes before 9:00 and they had already locked the door and were counting their cash. I asked (through the door) what time they closed and if they could give me a cup of tap water (I even had my own cup), and they ignored me for 6 minutes before telling me it was after nine. If you close at NINE, then don't CLOSE until NINE! It felt rude and uncaring. A cup of tap water would have been such a simple way to build loyalty and appreciation, and you failed the Good Samaritan Test. I'm disappointed in the three young people working there this evening.

Nice and new location. Clean inside. There is only one single restroom here. So don’t count on being able to use it.

Really nice atmosphere inside, but one restroom is simply not sufficient - it took 20 minutes to get through the line for the restroom. Do not recommend for a quick pit stop!
