Starbucks

EXCELLENT!! This Starbucks crew is one of a kind! Consistently upbeat, appreciative for the business, and always write notes on the cups. I order ahead of time and it is so slick to swing in and pick it up. Thank you, ALL, for your great customer service!

Great service and staff are friendly. Unfortunately this is a normal Starbucks operation where the staff is minimal and they want to add on Mobil ordering to a decently busy Starbucks in the morning. Idk why they do this to the two poor employees but Starbucks needs to be better.

When I say this is my favorite Starbucks ever I mean it. Every single time I visit I have an amazing experience with the well trained staff as well as my order being on spot every time. I have been coming to this Starbucks for 3 almost 4 years and I just keep coming back. The baristas are exceptional, specifically Sammy, Qui and Richard go above and beyond in that order. 5 Stars, would highly recommended.

I will never have Star Bucks at this place again ,yes the staff are courteous and pleasant ant the service is good BUT they have no clue how to brew the coffee. I got Pike coffee from this place at least 3 times and boy it is a disaster to say the least . It is like hot water mixed with some coffee flavor it is always sooooooo diluted . I do not think the baristas have been trained on how to brew the coffee . I thought once it might have been a mistake but it keeps repeating . The coffee before adding the cream or milk is soooooo diluted that light can pass through that and it has no flavor whatsoever , honestly the gas station coffee is 100 times better .

I love Starbucks but this location misses the mark. The staff are always friendly but the coffee is rarely up to the standard of other Starbucks (and I usually just order drip brew). How come the cashier doesn't get the drip brew coffee here like at other Starbucks? Instead they ask for our name and make us wait for the barista to get it even though the coffee is right next to the cash register. Also the coffee is often not very hot and they often get the order incorrect. Today it looks like there is cinnamon or something in my drip brew and it tastes off.... It seems there is a lack of training on the quality side, but not on the customer service side. Please train the staff to get the quality up to the standard of other Starbucks. Thank you for reading.
