Rude girls that are not helpful. I ask for a carrier for drinks and all they say is no…as if I’m supposed to figure it out. And then forget half my order. Life tip : stop making excuses and become solution driven.

Horrible service. No hello, no welcome, i said hello and they just gave me a sneer. Welcome to California.

very rude, not culturally the best starbuck.. esp the morning shift, for instance every occasion i go there they almost hostile or passive aggressive towards darker ppl. when i went to day ..the barista, acted as if she was cleaning and when she finally turn d around and acknowledged there was a very curt tone in her voice.. you know i did get that coffee from her👀

We were stopping for some caffeine while on a road trip and were disappointed to find the barista closing up early when the hours clearly stated they were open until 8:00pm. She didnt have a good reason why she was closing early and tried to tell us they were “under staffed”. I dont think her boss knows she closed an hour early tonight and missed out on business…

A very painful experienced! Very Rude staff and poor customer service! Very slow service!
