Starbucks

I’m really disappointed with my experience here. During the holiday season, I was given a regular cup instead of a festive cup, even though there were plenty available and other customers were receiving them. We were also made to wait about 15 minutes, only to be served two cups of Thanksgiving Blend in plain cups. It felt disheartening as a customer during a festive time for no clear reason. We were traveling and stopped here for a coffee break, and as loyal Starbucks fans, we’ve never experienced something like this before. On top of that, the Thanksgiving Blend didn’t taste anything like what we’ve had at other Starbucks locations. ""It’s sad to walk away feeling unwelcome in a place I’ve always enjoyed."" To the staff, you can do better!!!

Soo annoyed... I went inside and I waited 15 mins for 1 drink. All 6 workers could care less about the ppl waiting inside. The one by Panera is way better when it comes to this they have ppl working strictly on the front and others to handle the drive thru. This location is also always out of stufff don't waste your time

I just love this place. Sometimes I like to be adventurous and let them surprise me with their favorite drinks, and I have never been disappointed. One of the baristas, Alexa, has helped me twice and she has created such good drinks both times. Thank you guys! I’ll be back!

I frequent this Starbucks location often and have always had a pleasant experience. In addition, they generously donated to Monhagen’s PTO scavenger hunt event. I Am grateful for their donation and support.

Shout-out to Rowen! This morning, I was picking up a bunch of coffees and food that my coworkers ordered, and she helped me pack everything into bags and even added stickers to the drinks to prevent spills. Very helpful—thank you so much!
