Starbucks

About 35 minutes ago, we ordered two drinks, one being an iced chestnut praline. We ordered at the drive-thru and said "iced." We pulled up, paid, and were handed a hot drink. My fiancé started to pull away because he didn't want to be a pain, but I insisted he say something because it was his drink, and him getting the wrong drink or one made incorrectly happens far too often. He kindly said, "Excuse me," to the lady at the drive-thru and said, "I'm sorry, I ordered this iced." She stood there, rolled her eyes, clearly annoyed, didn't say a word, and walked away. She did remake the drink, and still clearly annoyed, handed us the drink. He didn't drink it right away, and when he did, it wasn't even chestnut praline; it was just a normal latte of espresso and milk. I wanted to turn around t

This is a very nice Starbucks. It is much brighter and cheerful than the average Starbucks. It has many small tables as well as comfy more lounge chairs. The baristas were friendly and did not mind making a pour over of the coffee I wanted. The outside seating area will be nice when the weather warms up.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks in the area—until today. We arrived around 1:50 PM on Sunday and noticed a change in the staff taking orders. Unfortunately, the person at the counter was unexpectedly rude. While placing two simple orders and asking about size options, we were met with impatience and dismissiveness. We tried to brush it off and continue, but her attitude only worsened. In the end, we chose to leave without ordering. If someone dislikes their job, that frustration shouldn’t be taken out on customers. I hope the manager addresses this, because it’s disappointing to see such a great location lose its welcoming atmosphere.

The environment is very nice and the service is excellent.

Very convenient location in a pretty shopping center. My drinks are always good and the service is fast. Staff is super friendly and helpful 😁 Quick in and out for a drink before or after shopping. Parking all around store with nice sitting area out front.
