Starbucks

There is no reason why it should take 15 minutes for one of the dozen employees hiding behind the bar to meagerly stroll up to finally take someone’s coffee order. And the attitude of the staff is mind boggling. Why are you so annoyed at taking someone’s coffee order? As I was waiting I overheard one woman tell a barista that it’s been nearly 45 minutes and she hasn’t received her chocolate milk she ordered. Where is management? Why is the service here always a disaster? Avoid. Go to dunks. Drink gasoline; literally do anything but waste your life here.

My daughter likes a few drinks they have as a weekend treat but the wait timeis no less then 10min. She prefers to go in but the wait for a flavor water should not be 10min...

I ordered three coffees on the app and went to pick up past the time estimate. The store was empty except for three staff who looked confused I was there and waiting. He (manager?) asked for my name and brought one drink, incorrectly made. It took them twenty minutes to get all three drinks to me, another one with too much cream and no flavor shots--all with almost no traffic in store. Seems they didn't know how to do their jobs.

We go to this one mostly for the drive thru but good lord they need a better system. My wife and I pull up after placing our order and while we got her food and latte in no time I had to wait at the drive thru for 8 minutes for my cold brew. That isn’t acceptable to wait that long at the window. They should stop taking mobile orders if they are getting backed up because that is ridiculous.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks. I waited over 30 minutes just for 2 drinks and a sandwich, which is already frustrating. But on top of that, my order was completely wrong. I ordered a hot drink and was given a cold one, and I asked for regular egg bites but received veggie egg bites instead. For the amount of time I waited, the least they could do is get the order right. Definitely not a good experience and not worth the wait.
