Starbucks

Absolutely absurd that this company was given a Starbucks license. Customer service is non existent. Staff here churns out more incompetence daily than they do latte’s.

Worst barista I’ve ever encountered.. wish I got her name. She made us feel like we were an inconvenience to her after spending $100 for coffees and pastries. Three drinks were made wrong and only corrected one after we just ended up feeling guilty for asking them to be made right. So glad my hometown Starbucks isn’t like this!!!!!

No Venti cups. Worked on other people's drinks before mine, worked very slowly, and I had to wait even longer because she made it wrong. I'm usually a patient and understanding person, but too many things added up for me to not leave a bad review.

Shout out to the ladies at the delta concourse location (gates 40-47). I hate early mornings, but there are three women that work there who were so pleasantly upbeat and nice this AM. Gave a bright start to my day and made the airport experience much more enjoyable!

We don't play about our kids and the African guy here was disrespectful to someone we love dearly. Don't go here because he's not here to serve but to be rude.
