yes they can be slow sometimes but they are a newer sbucks and likely are just working out some kinks. they’re so kind here and they’re always on making things right! i’ve interacted with scarlett multiple times and she’s so sweet 😊!!

I've been to this new location multiple times and it is THE SLOWEST drive thru I've ever been. It take a good 20 minutes for 3 cars to go though. I even tried to order for pick up and that took 40 minutes.

This location unfortunately keeps getting refresher order wrong. The last 3 out of 4 order attempts have been incorrect. Not one to complain to them in store and make it a thing. Hope in time they can improve since this location is new. Thanks

As others mentioned the location has a team which is frankly the slowest in the area. No reason a simple Grande Americano should take 10 mins as a walk in. It’s not an isolated event as I make it a point to give multiple tries. Guess what… still slow. Sad to see a lack of hustle culture at this location.

Employees are beyond friendly but my word is this location slow. Around 20 mins to get a drink
