Starbucks

We just went 30 minutes before they closed,wanting a hot chocolate and a cheese danish ,before I say something she was saying that her blender wasn’t working and that the oven was done for the night so if we wanted something hot it was going to be cold ,no frapps no nothing ,I even asked her if the oven wasn’t working,or why is that .closing time says 7:00pm not 6:30pm ,she just decided to be done for the night,worse service!!! We just decided not to get nothing ,this was 01/17/26

Garbage customer service at 950am. Ordered 3 different breakfast sandwiches, none available. Ordered another item and then at pickup I asked for the item, then the order i didn't change for one. Not to me, as of customers are invisible. They talked among themselves, 2 young women who should not be customer facing. Awful experience, should close it down until they can staff and stock appropriately

Ordered an iced coffee & not given a full cup. I asked for more oatmilk, she added a bit more but still not a full venti -- over an inch from the top was empty and the drink was mostly ice.

I have been to the starbucks inside Cosentinos many times and have never been left as unsatisfied as today. I got 6 sips out of my venti drink because the ice was filled to the top of the cup! I took it back and asked what they could do for me because it was not worth my money, all they did was tell me to get light ice next time, not even acknowledging they put WAY to much ice even for not ordering light ice.

We have been to this location twice and every time they decline my bank cards. I asked what was the reason or code and have always been told it's my cards. Funny thing is 1 card is issued here in kansas and the other California. Once again, they say no transaction but my card is locked now again till Monday. When I contact my bank, they say that it's the business. Last time we are going here. Update 10/1/2022: I called Starbucks again on 9/26/2022 and made my complaint and was told that in 48 hrs. I would get a call from the district manager. Well I never got a call back so I called Starbucks again and was told that the district manager called me.
