Love Starbucks but this location specially is really bad. The baristas do not know any of the drinks, mischarge me FREQUENTLY, and I have to get 90% of the drinks I’ve gotten here remade. I get 2 espresso shots with cream so really hard to mess up. The only Starbucks in the area I’ve had consistent issues with. The manager who wears the coffee master apron who is a more mature gentleman seems to be the worst out of all with ringing in my drinks incorrectly. He took my order the other day, did not put cream in the espresso, and when I asked for a splash of cream in it at the handoff he goes “didn’t you ask for JUST a splash?!” My coffee was BLACK. Definitely done wasting my money at this location
