This Starbucks is so cute with a nice chill vibe. But the customer service is what makes it superb. Bianka is great!! Her energy is welcoming..her knowledge on the drinks is appreciated. You can tell just overall she enjoys her job and helping customers. That means a lot from a customer point of view. Thank you Bianka. I’ll be back soon.

This new store and the staff was wonderful!! My drinks were very good too. I'm happy to see a Starbucks closer to where I live. This will be my morning stop from now on.

I just was here.It took me four or five minutes for the person to take my order simple Pike coffee I can't find the Creamer nowhere. Plus the people the attitude bad the manager doesn't seem to care.....

First time at this location and I am very impressed! Great service, ample places to sit (which has become increasingly rare at other Starbucks locations around Rockford) and the drinks are good! This may be my new go-to Starbucks.
