Starbucks

When I come through town I usually stop at this Starbucks location using either the drive thru or mobile pickup. I went inside the store for the first time a few weeks ago. Tory was working the register and she was absolutely A-MAZING. She was so nice and so patient and introduced me to a drink NO ONE at Starbucks had ever told me before. I told her what I normally ordered but wanted something similar but would like it to be decaf. She said no problem this is we we can do. I said O.k. sounds good! That evening I ordered 2 different drinks the new drink and caramel macchiato no ice. Logan made one while and the other was made by Aiden. Your average Starbucks, convenient next to the highway. Staff is helpful and friendly. I don't know what going on with the air vent, but it's spitting out dust on the wall and speaker. Maybe the cleaner is dead?

I went to this location and it seems that this location is either having massive amounts of callouts, or management isn’t scheduling them enough baristas, the drinks were made great but they seemed like they needed more people working. The other stores that I go to seem to have less business than this location and somehow have more people working, there were only 3 people and they had to bounce around from taking orders in the lobby, making the food, along with keeping up with the long drive through line which is why I went inside.

On our way out of town for a weekend Thanksgiving family gathering and decided to treat ourselves to a fancy coffee. We were stuck in line for 45 minutes! Some cars were hopping the curb after paying. When we got to the window, we were offered no apology or acknowledgement of the excessive wait once we arrived at the window. One of our drinks was wrong, and it took another 10 minutes to make it correctly. Granted, the Starbucks down the road was closed down for some reason, and they were extra busy. I’m sure they weren’t staffed to handle that much customer traffic, and the barista we could see through the window was cranking out drinks….but good customer service goes a really long way!

Don’t waste your time going in. You want waste their time. They just “work” around you. Not do the whole reason they are there. Take your order! I walked out and drove over to Cold Smoke. The nice lady took my order right away. Uh
