Starbucks

Picture this. This is a kids hospital. There's a huge level of stress on both the parents and the children. All my child wanted was a cookie. They said, they don't have any. I asked, what about the ones in the display. She gave me a look and with attitude pointed to the sign that says "these are for display only". Now my son is upset, and being irrational... Because he's a child. The other lady got impatient and called the people behind me. No effort in being understanding or offering a solution. And guess what... They still have the cookies on display even though they don't have cookies. Do better. Parents are in enough stress to deal with attitude from Starbucks employees.

People who visit this location are already under stress (it's a children's hospital) and when you visit this Starbuck you would think that they would have friendly or at the very least competent workers. We were charged for an extra drink we didn't ask for and when I told her we only ordered 2 drinks she just looked at me and say "oh, my bad. Well damn." I told her it was fine, well take it since we already paid for it but then took a long time to give us our drinks. When we finally got our drinks they were awful. We got Frappuccinos matcha and Java chip. They were just cold milk with chocolate and cookies and milk with matcha powder. They either just left them sitting there after they made them or they just didn't know how. With the attitudes and lack of care they showed, my guess is that

Today 8-28-23 around 12 p.m the lady working was very rude, plus I had to wait for her from wherever she was at, I know she wasn't in Starbucks. But other than that the mocha was good, it would've been better if I hadn't encountered a rude woman serving it!

The baristas at this location are rude and give the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any Starbucks. They are on their personal cell phones and they even gave me the wrong drink but I didn’t want to deal with the negative attitude so I just kept it. Definitely needs work on training!!
