Starbucks - Level 5 (SEA Airport) Located inside main Tacoma Airport terminal, near Checkpoint 3. I had a 12+ hour overnight layover and needed caffeine throughout the night. It’s a good thing this location stays open 24 Hours. I stopped by here few times and placed a hot beverage order. The staff seemed nice and efficient. Drink was good. Placed was kept clean and fully stocked. Even though, this location is meant to be large space inside to accommodate passengers in a hurry, they do offer very limited seating by the main entrance. The atmosphere felt bright, with lighter colored wood throughout. Modern lighting and furniture pieces. I loved the wavy ocean lines. Makes you feel like you’re on a big ship. This location takes mobile orders and stays open late. I received standard Starbucks quality based off my iced coffee on a busy Sunday travel day.

I ordered the new Berry Matcha here, but they gave me a chocolate drink instead. When I told the staff it was wrong, she responded with “What’s your problem?” I opened the cup to show her and dark liquid was leaking out. She reluctantly remade it, but the second one still tasted terrible — completely different from the same drink at other locations. Very poor attitude and very poor quality. Don’t order from this store. They ruined my favorite new drink.

Worst experience at a Starbucks ever. I went in knowing what I wanted and ordered just that. A caramel grande frappuccino without whipped cream and carmel sauce and with oat milk. I'm not even sure if that's what they wrote down because the cashier seemed confused when I said no caramel sauce which is very possible to be taken out. I've gotten it many times back at home. Anyways, I saw the barista making it while waiting and she added whipped cream in and on top of it, my husband said we didn't want whipped cream on top and she just tosses it in the sink and proceeds to make another. I also noticed the first time she was adding chocolate sprinkles which ARE not in caramel frappuccinos. I was skeptical of this Starbucks because of the low review rating, but my experience was very good. They made my coffee and sandwich very fast ordering was very easy and coffee and sandwich tasted really good. The place seemed very clean and customer service was on point quality of food was good as well.
